A newly published study states that swearing amongst workers can boost solidarity and improve morale. Is this true across the board? And if employers change their policies to make using profanity acceptable in the workplace, what are the long term implications for workers?

The solidarity could be improved .However,to my opinion it carries destruction spirits to anything the do/face in that 'solidarity'.As people swearing they dont care about other's feelings...they are selfish...SO, if people are not swearing, the work will be done very well. Company will be healhty financially as well as workers/employees' working ethics. Work place would be nicer/tidier,costs will be lower due to caring of equipments/tools used.
