People who swears mus have something inside that is not right.hOW CAN ONE WORKS IN EXCELLENCY IF down deep in him/her is not right??...
The solidarity could be improved .However,to my opinion it carries destruction spirits to anything the do/face in that 'solidarity'.As people swearing they dont care about other's feelings...they are selfish...SO, if people are not swearing, the work will be done very well. Company will be healhty financially as well as workers/employees' working ethics. Work place would be nicer/tidier,costs will be lower due to caring of equipments/tools used.
